• Inventory Management System: This project is based on PHP framework as Web Application. The core of this project is based on the business logic of managing inventories and monitoring on-going jobs of this above company. MySql, as backend database has been used in this project.
  Scope of This Project:
  The web forms are designed keeping user satisfaction on mind. JavaScript has been used for enhanced client side interaction. There are several forms, most importantly receive, issue and return forms which does work exactly their names suggest. They are used for receiving, issuing, returning any stock. Also forms designed for displaying stock register, job details, job summary and an administration panel to modify the database and other necessary sensitive work. For every transaction, a user explicitly requires to log in to the application providing user-id and password which is unique to different types of user. Whenever a user logs in with his/her user-id, system automatically understand what type of user the user-id is, maybe an administrator or maybe a normal user. The normal user has limited jurisdiction of receiving, issuing and returning stock. Also they have the permission to view job details, job summary and stock register. In addition to this, administrators can create/delete/block/unblock any type of user. Also they have the permission to create item code, edit stock register, taking database backup, viewing finished and unfinished job, and overview of stock balance. Whenever a user logs in, his session is maintained using cookies and database. A user session is valid for 2 hours maximum until the user chooses to log out.
